Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website or services of Inglewood ClimateCare HVAC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Inglewood ClimateCare HVAC provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services including but not limited to installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of residential and commercial HVAC systems. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We provide free estimates for new installations and system replacements. Repair estimates may require a diagnostic fee, which will be disclosed upfront. All prices are subject to change based on the actual scope of work required. We will obtain your approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate.
We stand behind our workmanship with a satisfaction guarantee. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by brand and model. Labor warranties are provided by us and will be specified in your service agreement. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and are subject to inspection.
We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency service calls that are cancelled after our technician has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inglewood ClimateCare HVAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
